THE FACTORY
The factory is where your order is put into production. Our art department, embroidery, printing, purchasing,shipping, and receiving departments are all located in our warehouse. The production manager is Joe; as one of the owners, quality and performance are always closely monitored.

ART DEPARTMENT
Our Art Staff consists of Dave Mariniello and Norman Ventura. Dave's 25 years of technical experience combined with Norm's creativity enable Al-Ross to produce stunning designs. With 2 state of the art Macintosh computer systems, scanners, digital camera, & laser printers we can handle the most complex jobs including 4 color process!
PRINTING
Tom is our print manager. Using both automated & manual presses, we can produce high quality products efficiently. Our automatic press can print up to 10 colors and can handle any size order! Our 2 manual presses can print up to 6 colors each, giving us the ability to print smaller runs. We also have a multi-color hat press! We can custom mix ink to match any color or "pms" number. Tim prepares our screens for printing.
EMBROIDERY
We can customize any garment with elegant embroidery created using digital technology. Our embroidery staff includes Penny, Amy, & Hoogie. The 15, 12, and 6 head Macpherson embroidery machines allow Penny and Amy to sew large quantity orders from digitized artwork, with up to 9 colors in each design. They also operate a 1 head machine for smaller orders such as names. Hoogie sets up and sews our Tackle Twill orders using a manual sewing machine.
PURCHASING
Cindy P. is our purchasing manager. She makes sure your garments are ordered correctly from our distributors. |
