What Does "Prices Discounted Based On Quantity" Mean?
Prices vary depending on the amount items you order, the amount of colors in the design and the complexity of the design. The higher the quantity the lower the unit cost. The more colors in the design the higher the price. The more complex the design is may require additional art fee’s. We have a 12-piece minimum for screen printing and embroidery, 6-piece minimum for Ultra-Color transfers.
How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering is simple! You can:
If you are coming into the store or calling/e-mailing some of the main things we’ll need to know are:
• Style number of garment/color
• Quantity
• What artwork you have
If you are using the designer once you choose a product just follow the clicks! The most common issue will be the artwork you’re uploading. It needs to be 7 colors or less and preferably a higher resolution file so the program can read it.
Shipping and Turnaround
Most orders ship within 10 business days plus ups ground shipping time. Rush service is available based on availability, charges may apply. We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping to the 48 continental United States over the minimum quantity order of 12 items.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Payment is due at the time the order is officially placed. We accept major credit cards and PayPal (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover).
If you are local to the western New York or Buffalo area you may pay with cash off at either of our store locations.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final on all customized items. On all blank goods there is a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.
Design Help
If you need help creating a new design or modifying a design or concept, we would be happy to assist you. Either call, email or stop into one of our stored to discuss your concept with our knowledgable sales staff.
Art Formats
If you have your own art you can submit it here online or come in to one of our store locations with your design or concept. Complex low resolution designs may incur additional art charges.
Our preferred art formats are:
• Vector Illustrator or PDF
• High Resolution (300 DPI) Photoshop, PNG or JPEG created at actual size.
• Full color Ai generated artwork is only acceptable as an initial concept. Additional charges may apply if our art department must simplify and separate it for the printing process.
Printing, Transfers & Embroidery
• Screen printing uses ink that is pushed through a mesh screen directly onto the garment. Great for logos with up to 7 colors and an order of 12+ pieces.
• Embroidery stitches your logo or design directly into the fabric using high-quality tread. Best for polo-shirts, hats and caps, jackets, corporate apparel and uniforms.
• Ultra-Color Transfers are high-quality, full-color heat-applied graphics that reproduce intricate artwork with exceptional detail. Best for any apparel when designs exceed 7 colors and you need 6+ pieces.
Order Shortages
The industry standard for shortages due to misprints or defects is 3%. If you need exactly 100 shirts, you should order a few extra.
